About the Role

Transworld GCC, a prominent mergers and acquisitions advisory firm operating within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, is seeking self-driven entrepreneurs based in the UAE to fill the position of M&A Advisor. This customer-oriented role centers on middle-market transactions and new business development opportunities. The position operates on a commission-based pay structure with an on-target earnings potential of approximately $100,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and secure business acquisition and sale opportunities throughout the GCC region.
• Manage transactions independently from the initial client engagement to deal closure.
• Perform detailed valuations of businesses and conduct thorough market research.
• Lead negotiation efforts and structure deals between buying and selling parties.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to clients during all phases of the M&A process.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, legal advisors, accountants, and other key stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and market developments within the GCC area.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, or a similar field is preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Positive, ambitious, and proactive attitude.
• Solid grasp of financial concepts and business operations.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage and progress multiple transactions through to completion.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to succeed.
• Must be based within the listed GCC country (UAE).
