Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Luxury Brand Ambassador to represent Creed at our Liberty London counter. This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours across 5 days each week. The role centers on sharing passion and deep product knowledge, enhancing customer engagement, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the brand’s fragrances, ingredients, and heritage to effectively engage and educate customers.
• Proactively meet and surpass sales goals by captivating customers with compelling storytelling about product features and benefits.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences and foster brand loyalty.
• Maintain an impeccable retail environment through careful visual merchandising that reflects the luxury of the brand.
