Traffik360 is hiring a Logistics Manager in Dubai to oversee end-to-end movement and delivery of goods across domestic and international channels. Key responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international logistics activities so shipments reach their destination on time.
• Handle the full order fulfilment flow in partnership with the Procurement and Client Servicing teams.
• Arrange transportation by air, sea, and road through approved freight forwarders and logistics vendors.
• Discuss and finalize freight pricing and shipping terms to secure efficient logistics arrangements.
• Draft, check, and validate shipping and customs paperwork in line with local and international rules.
• Keep an eye on shipment progress, follow up on delivery status, and quickly fix any delays or logistics issues.
• Manage warehouse coordination, stock movement, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Keep logistics logs, shipment summaries, and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, customs brokers, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
• Track logistics spend, delivery performance, and vendor service levels to strengthen efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, customs requirements, health and safety norms, and quality standards.
• Look for ways to streamline logistics workflows, lower costs, and support broader supply chain performance.
