Logistics Management Specialist

Position Overview

Join the Sustainment Group within the Sustainment Program Management & Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU as a Logistics Management Specialist. In this role, you will deliver logistics and technical expertise to support senior Logistics Management Specialists and Integrated Product Team Deputy Assistant Program Managers (DAPMs), addressing a variety of logistics challenges and concerns.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Offer logistics and technical support to senior LMS and IPT Deputy Assistant Program Managers on diverse logistics matters.
• Possibly act as the Deputy Assistant Program Manager Logistics (DAPML) when required and represent the team at meetings with other NAVAIR units, government agencies, contractors, and Type Commanders (TYCOM).
• Collaborate with senior LMS to provide comprehensive logistics support on various topics, issues, and concerns.
• Assist and take direction from senior LMS in sustaining weapon systems throughout their life cycle by addressing logistic elements.

Compensation

• Salary range: $71,957 to $135,657 annually.
