Loan Processing Executive

About the Role

Loanwale Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Backend Executive to join their team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing loan documentation and coordinating files for various financial products such as Working Capital (CC/OD), Home Loans, and Secured Loans. The executive will collaborate directly with Banks and NBFCs to facilitate smooth loan processing, compliance adherence, and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and finalize loan file documents for submission to Banks and NBFCs across multiple loan types.
• Engage with bank officials, credit managers, and financial institutions to discuss loan proposals and ensure efficient file log-ins and approvals.
• Track the status of loan applications, address queries from credit teams, and expedite files toward sanction and disbursement stages.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary financial documents, KYC verification, banking details, and tax information pertinent to loan processing.
• Maintain accurate management information system (MIS) records with daily and weekly updates on loan files, pending queries, approvals, and disbursement progress.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of direct experience handling Working Capital loan files.
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures, loan documentation, financial statements, and credit standards of Banks and NBFCs.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for discussing and negotiating with banking personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic email communication.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Employment Type: Full-time position.

Compensation: A monthly salary package ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 based on experience and industry norms.
