Loan Auditor

Overview

Conscious Foundation is seeking a Loan Compliance Auditor to strengthen our Pune team. This role is intended for professionals with experience in audits, compliance functions, loan operations, or CA articleship, who possess a solid grasp of KYC protocols, lending procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform thorough compliance audits on loan documentation and operational procedures.
• Assess KYC documentation to ensure conformity with regulatory standards.
• Detect and document audit discrepancies, compiling detailed reports.
• Ensure ongoing adherence to organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Liaise with various departments to address and rectify compliance concerns.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all audit activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Between six months and two years of experience related to audit, compliance, loan operations, or during CA articleship.
• Sound knowledge of loan and lending operational workflows.
• Understanding of KYC verification and regulatory compliance mandates.
• Strong communication abilities in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with MS Excel applications is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Additional credentials such as MBA in Finance, CA Intermediate, or active CA Articleship are advantageous.
