This position is for a customer-oriented Live Chat Agent who will handle real-time support through online chat channels. The role centers on giving quick, professional assistance, solving customer problems, and making sure each interaction leaves a positive impression while keeping accuracy and professionalism high.

Key Responsibilities
- Reply to customer questions and requests through live chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional way.
- Support customers with orders, billing concerns, account details, and general questions about products or services.
- Diagnose simple technical issues and hand off more complex matters to the appropriate team when needed.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer chats and the outcomes reached.
- Share correct information about the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Work in line with communication standards and quality expectations.
- Track and meet performance goals such as response speed, customer satisfaction, and resolution success.
- Coordinate with teammates and other departments to help resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support, live chat, or call center roles is beneficial.
- Strong command of written English, grammar, and clear professional communication.
- Good typing ability and confidence using computers.
- Ability to juggle several chat conversations at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail with practical problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer support tools or software.
- A dependable internet connection is needed for remote work.
