Role Overview

As a Legal Advisor at The Urban Properties, you will be responsible for guiding the company through its legal landscape with a special focus on real estate and corporate law. This position requires diligence and a commitment to protecting the company's legal interests comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and ensure business contracts are legally sound and safeguard the company's interests.
• Advise and ensure company adherence to relevant legal frameworks including tax and labor regulations.
• Support corporate governance by guiding on structures, shareholder agreements, and board procedures.
• Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property rights, ensuring compliance with IP laws.
• Handle customer interactions effectively, resolving queries and managing agreement and bond creation processes.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive knowledge of corporate legal affairs with a mandatory background in real estate law.
• Proven experience exceeding ten years in relevant legal domains.
• Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset with critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to loyalty and full-time engagement.

Additional Information

The role requires an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in law or related disciplines. Understanding legal protocols and procedures deeply is essential for this position.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Compensation: INR 60000 to 100000 per month.
