About the Role
Grand Hyatt Kochi seeks a Learning Manager to oversee departmental operations aligned with Hyatt International's corporate policies and brand standards. Responsibilities
- Manage the Human Resources Department effectively, ensuring compliance with organizational strategies and brand requirements.
- Facilitate seamless departmental functioning to fulfill employee and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager in a sizable operational environment.
- Exhibit excellent presentation, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
