Responsibilities

• Manage the Human Resources Department effectively, ensuring compliance with organizational strategies and brand requirements.
• Facilitate seamless departmental functioning to fulfill employee and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess a university degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Learning Manager or Assistant Learning Manager in a sizable operational environment.
• Exhibit excellent presentation, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
