Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of Learning & Development (L&D) systems, processes, and training activities within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of training programs company-wide. Key responsibilities include maintaining precise training records, handling scheduling, supporting users of learning platforms, and ensuring adherence to mandatory training and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management of the Learning Management System (LMS), including accurate configuration of users, courses, learning paths, and training documentation.

  • Coordinate all training logistics such as scheduling classes, booking training spaces, managing enrolments, and generating relevant reports.
  • Maintain and update training calendars to enhance visibility and alignment with various business units.
