About the Role

This opportunity, managed through a partner company based in Canada, is for a Lead Product Manager focused on transforming a large-scale web platform using AI-driven innovations. The role encompasses ownership of the strategic direction for customer-facing web products aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Collaboration spans cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to drive a modern AI-first platform while creating scalable solutions that enhance end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the long-term vision, strategy, and product roadmap targeting customer web platforms to boost acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
Lead product development by partnering with engineering, design, research, marketing, sales, and data departments to deliver impactful web interfaces and features.
Translate strategic business goals into precise product requirements with clear priorities enabling efficient delivery and execution.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance platform architecture, scalability, and support rapid innovation and experimentation capabilities.
Define, track, and analyze key metrics related to platform health, user acquisition, conversion rates, and overall product success.
Utilize data analytics, user experimentation, competitive market studies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and make informed product decisions.
Drive AI-first transformation by assessing AI technologies, streamlining workflow automation, and setting standards for AI-powered product experiences.
Communicate product vision and align various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met effectively.
Promote excellence through best practices encompassing product experimentation, AI governance frameworks, and methodologies for product-led growth.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of seven years managing web-based products, preferably within SaaS or environments driven by product-led growth, demonstrating measurable business impact.
Proficient in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B testing, multivariate experimentation, and other data-driven product strategies.
Thorough understanding of user behavior and customer needs to enhance engagement and conversion.
Experience implementing AI-powered features, automating digital workflows, or boosting AI readiness within products.
Strong grasp of web technologies, content management systems, and modern product development methodologies.
Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Amplitude or Eppo.
Capable of working closely with engineering teams to make balanced technical decisions supporting scalable solutions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and enforce accountability across teams.
Excellent communication skills suitable for technical and executive audiences.
Customer-centric approach with experience conducting market research and trend analysis guiding product strategy.
