Job Overview

Join Wood's project team as a Lead Expediting professional to support a strategic gold mining and processing project based in Saudi Arabia. This long-term position involves an initial period stationed at the Riyadh office before relocating to the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and update expediting schedules and reporting documentation to align with project timelines.
• Track manufacturing status of vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), inspections, and confirm readiness for shipments.
• Proactively identify any delays in delivery and escalate issues promptly to avoid impacts on project schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Possesses a minimum of seven years’ experience in expediting within the industrial or mining sectors.
• Knowledgeable about fabrication, logistics, and documentation management processes.
• Experienced with site-based roles in EPC or EPCM projects.
