Key Responsibilities

• Operate washing and drying machines; load and unload laundry efficiently
• Measure and apply cleaning chemicals according to product guidelines
• Monitor washer feeds, ensure machines are properly loaded, and report any irregularities to the supervisor
• Set accurate drying and cooling times for various linen types
• Maintain cleanliness around laundry equipment and work areas
• Adhere to attendance policies and maintain consistent availability
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned
• Sort and fold linens appropriately

Qualifications and Attributes

• Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume environment preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proactive and steady demeanor with self-initiative
• Consistently present a professional image and behavior
• Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
