About the Role

Elusav Recruitment is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join a prominent engineering contractor in Ireland, working on a high-profile industrial project in Leixlip, County Kildare. This role involves precise setting out, verification, and documentation of building elements throughout the construction lifecycle, collaborating closely with site management and engineering teams. The role also requires using advanced surveying technology and digital construction techniques to help ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately set out building elements according to construction drawings.
• Conduct regular surveys to confirm spatial accuracy of installations during construction.
• Extract survey data from digital project models and construction information.
• Perform as-built surveys of finalized installations.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing surveying activities and completed tasks.
• Validate that installations meet defined construction tolerances.
• Use 3D laser scanning for reality capture.
• Process and present survey data for use by the project team.
• Comply with site health and safety standards during all surveying operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A Level 7 qualification or equivalent in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• Between 2 to 3 years of practical experience in a construction surveying role.
