Role Overview
Shri Krishna Charitable Blood Centre in Kasganj is inviting applications for the role of Lab Technician to join their dedicated team that focuses on delivering safe, high-quality blood transfusion services.
Primary Responsibilities and Skills
- Conduct blood grouping and cross-matching procedures accurately.
- Prepare blood components efficiently as per prescribed standards.
- Perform TTI (Transfusion Transmissible Infections) testing adhering to quality protocols.
- Maintain stringent compliance with laboratory quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of DMLT/BMLT or any equivalent accredited qualification.
- Experience working in blood banks or clinical laboratories is considered favorable.
- Good communication skills along with professionalism and a strong commitment to ensuring patient safety.
