Role Overview

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team permanently, working 40 hours per week. The role requires flexibility to cover some evenings and weekends. Pay is £12.71 per hour in addition to a generous service charge and attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the potwash section to ensure all plates, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment are thoroughly and correctly cleaned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station during and after your shift, preparing it for smooth handover.
• Ensure safety in your work environment by quickly addressing spillages and following proper procedures for chemical usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a charismatic, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods while maintaining a neat and tidy workspace.

Additional Information

Please note the hotel is located in a somewhat remote area of Wiltshire, so personal transport will be necessary to reach the workplace.
