Job Overview

The Kitchen Attendant is crucial to the seamless operation of our kitchen. You will assist chefs by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels, contributing to the preparation of memorable meals.

• Assist in basic food prep and support chefs during peak times.
• Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain hygienic surfaces across the kitchen.
• Manage waste by regularly collecting rubbish and recycling, keeping disposal areas neat.
• Receive, store, and rotate food supplies, complying with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits friendly professionalism, excellent communication, strong time management, and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Capable of functioning efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible with working hours, able to work on a rotating seven-day schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is essential; prior experience in kitchen or hotel services is a plus but not mandatory.
