Job Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Executive responsible for overseeing client interactions and managing projects from the initial requirement phase through to final billing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries, manage communication, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Develop project cost estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
- Coordinate and launch project production after confirming orders.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to guarantee seamless project delivery.
- Issue Work Completion Certificates (WCC) to installation teams upon finishing projects.
- Manage final billing processes and ensure projects are closed on schedule.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
