Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Advocate and promote the company's broad portfolio of products and services.
- Clearly explain risks associated with financial markets and derivative instruments to clients.
- Engage with potential clients who have registered on the company's platforms to introduce and explain NAGA's offerings.
- Demonstrate company systems and tools to clients effectively.
- Provide financial news updates via phone or email to clients who have consented to receive such communications.
- Promptly follow up on client inquiries and provide timely feedback.
- Participate regularly in company training sessions to stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure all clients are well-informed about company products and services with high professionalism.
Requirements
- Educational background ranging from a university or college degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent; high school diploma also considered.
- Energetic, self-driven, and innovative with excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills coupled with solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Proficient with computers, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-developed oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly efficient, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently and proactively generate and expand business opportunities.
