The company is expanding globally and is seeking a Junior Front-End Developer in the MENA region to work remotely. This role is well suited to an early-career developer who enjoys modern web development and wants to create polished, high-performing digital experiences while partnering with designers, marketers, and developers.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI and UX designs into front-end code that is structured, maintainable, and reusable.
• Develop digital marketing web assets that provide a strong experience on all device types.
• Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver quality work on time.
• Support SEO, conversion rate optimization, and performance-driven improvements to websites.
• Contribute ideas during team discussions and help refine development processes.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
• Ensure websites perform well on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and maintainable front-end development.
• Update and manage WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Apply content changes, page structures, and reusable templates as needed.
• Assist with ongoing feature updates and website enhancements.
• Find and fix front-end issues, layout problems, and visual inconsistencies.
• Test pages across browsers and devices to maintain dependable performance.
• Keep code quality high across all assigned projects.
• Stay current with modern front-end tools, technologies, and industry practices.
• Participate in code reviews and work with senior developers to improve your craft.
• Continue strengthening technical skills and problem-solving ability.

What We Are Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or junior-level roles.
• Experience contributing to or building live websites or web applications is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a similar field is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development practices.
• Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or comparable front-end frameworks is an added advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end implementation.
• Experience with Git or another version control system.
• Exposure to Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• Basic understanding of website speed optimization and cross-browser testing.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and keep improving.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines is a plus.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is beneficial.
• English fluency is preferred; Arabic is a strong advantage.
