Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Client Manager to join the Print Sales division, managing and expanding relationships with legal clients. This role focuses on nurturing client partnerships, driving sales growth in print and subscription offerings, and supporting client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and develop a dedicated portfolio of law firm clients.
- Establish and sustain communications with attorneys, partners, legal administrators, and librarians.
- Enhance client satisfaction and oversee renewals for print subscriptions and services.
- Spot new sales opportunities within current and prospective customer accounts.
- Market and sell a variety of legal publications including codes, treatises, and practice guides.
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling tactics to maximize account potential.
- Keep precise records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, client account management, or related sales roles.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or outperforming sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Background in subscription-based products or professional services sales.
- Knowledge of the legal, publishing, or information services sectors preferred.
- Ability to independently manage sales territories.
- Proven aptitude for consultative selling and relationship cultivation.
- Highly motivated with a focus on results.

Compensation Details
Base pay for Ohio-based home workers ranges from $33,400 to $55,500 annually, with total target compensation between $51,300 and $85,400. Nationally, base pay varies from $35,100 to $58,400, with total target earnings from $54,000 to $89,900, subject to geographic adjustments and sales role mix.
