Role Overview

This full-time, on-premise position based in Saudi Arabia entails assisting with the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include preparing menu offerings, upholding food safety and hygiene, and helping with inventory control. The role demands courteous and efficient guest service, managing order taking and payment processing, and keeping dining and kitchen areas tidy and well-organized. The employee will collaborate closely with team members, follow company protocols, meet operational targets, and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to consistently provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and health rules or readiness to learn and comply with them.
