Job Details

Full-time position
Compensation: $15 per hour
Working hours: Morning shift from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Workdays: Monday through Sunday
Weekly payroll

Core Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned indoor areas across commercial sites
Diligently maintain all floor types via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Use chemical cleaners and mechanical equipment according to safety guidelines to avoid damage
Clean, monitor, and supply restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entrances
Dispose of waste properly, including usage of compactors where applicable
Clean windows, glass dividers, and mirrors using suitable cleaning agents and tools
Spot treat carpets and aid in extensive carpet cleaning like shampooing
Restock paper goods and sanitary materials regularly
Adhere to scheduled housekeeping tasks
Occasionally operate heavy-duty cleaning tools such as floor scrubbers and buffers
Complete additional duties as assigned based on customer needs or job scope

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of janitorial experience
On-the-job training provided
Strong attention to detail
Capacity to follow instructions clearly and effectively

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
Knowledge of custodial methods aligned with commercial cleaning standards
Expertise in floor care including buffing and waxing
Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
