Role Overview
We are seeking an Investment Partner to join our team full-time on-site in Dubai. This key position involves fueling business expansion by contributing capital and actively engaging in growth initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing opportunities for expansion, analyzing financial metrics, and shaping manpower supply strategies alongside management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in strategic planning and resource allocation to scale workforce capabilities and market presence.
- Assist in investment decision-making processes, risk evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Strengthen client relationships and foster new project partnerships within the construction sector.
- Ensure investment activities comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and ethical business practices.
- Participate in governance meetings and long-term planning to support sustainable growth objectives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in investment, finance, or business management, preferably related to construction or manpower supply sectors.
- Proficiency in analyzing business plans, financial statements, and return on investment for expansion initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strategic partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Good understanding of UAE business laws, construction industry dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making capacities combined with a proactive and collaborative problem-solving style.
- Willingness to commit capital and actively participate in company governance and performance monitoring.
- Academic credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar field; advanced degrees such as MBA or certifications like CFA are a plus.
- Exemplary professional ethics, a long-term investment perspective, and dedication to safe, ethical, and sustainable operations.
