Role Overview
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our private equity team. The team focuses on selecting, conducting due diligence, and monitoring private equity and venture capital managers. In this capacity, you will contribute independently and collaboratively toward helping clients meet their financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess diverse private equity and venture capital investment prospects.
- Serve as the primary liaison during due diligence and ongoing portfolio oversight, regularly engaging with managers.
- Perform detailed analyses to support team evaluations of investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation such as investment proposals for presentation to the investment committee.
- Present evaluations of managers to both the investment committee and the broader firm.
Work Environment
You will work closely with senior private equity team members throughout all phases from sourcing to manager approval and represent the firm in engagements with current and prospective private equity and venture capital partners. Your contributions will directly influence the team’s investment decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience excluding internships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort and skill in using programming tools such as Python or SQL to aid investment analysis and streamline processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Deep enthusiasm for the investment industry, focusing on private equity.
- CFA candidates or individuals interested in pursuing CFA certification are especially encouraged.

Selected candidates will be requested to submit educational transcripts (undergraduate and, if applicable, graduate), a writing sample evidencing analytical and communication skills, and standardized test scores (SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, or equivalent, if available).
