Inventory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Manager with 1 to 2 years of pertinent experience to oversee inventory and warehouse processes at a top Nutraceutical firm located in Mohali. This role demands familiarity with stock management, maintaining inventory records, handling inward and outward entries, and proficiency in ERP and Excel software. Candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries will be at an advantage.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory and stock records.
• Track all material inflow and outflow effectively.
• Ensure accuracy of stock reports and related documents.
• Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, and dispatch departments.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions aligned with company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing inventory or stock.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sectors is preferred.
