Inventory Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Inventory Executive to become a valued member of our team located in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role demands strong expertise in managing inventory processes, meticulous stock handling, and comprehensive documentation to support efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performing entries and verifying Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Managing stock levels and monitoring inventory movement continuously.
• Handling inward and outward material transfers promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records and database of inventory details.
• Inspecting and validating invoices related to stock.
• Ensuring thorough documentation and paperwork for all inventory activities.
• Coordinating effectively with storekeepers, accounting, and production departments to synchronize workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient knowledge in inventory and store management operations.
• Experience handling GRN, maintaining stock records, and material movement documentation.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Excel and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in documentation tasks.
• Excellent organizational abilities and coordination skills.

Additional Information

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
Experience Required: Between 2 to 5 years
Monthly Salary: Rs. 12,000 to 15,000 (in-hand)
