International Voice Process Agent

About the Role

Tech Mahindra is recruiting for the position of International Voice Process Agent in Mumbai. Candidates will be engaged in voice or chat customer service processes, assisting clients located in various international time zones. The role emphasizes resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in voice or chat-based customer support.
• Deliver outstanding service to international clients across different time zones.
• Effectively address and resolve customer questions and issues.
• Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be graduates or undergraduates.
• Freshers with remarkable communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 12 months of experience in international voice processes are also eligible.

• Human Resources interview.
• Voice and Accent assessment.
• Operations interview.

Compensation and Benefits

• Experienced candidates can earn up to 5.5 lakh INR per annum based on previous salary and performance.

Additional Information
