International BPO Sales Executive - US Telecom Process

About the Role

Invento Infotech is looking for International BPO Sales Executives to work on the US Telecom Process based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The position involves handling inbound customer calls and engaging with warm leads generated via Google and Meta campaigns, eliminating the need for cold calling. Executives will assist customers with telecom service inquiries, recommend suitable plans, and work towards achieving sales targets. The role supports major telecom clients including AT&T, DirecTV, ACA, Genetics, and DME.

Work Details and Schedule

• Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Shift Timings: Night shift aligned with US hours
• Working Days: Monday to Friday with fixed weekends off

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into sales
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred; candidates without experience but with strong communication abilities will also be considered
• Willingness and comfort working during night shifts
• Basic computer literacy

Compensation

Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000, supplemented by attractive incentives and bonuses based on performance.
