International BPO Executive

Overview

This role is for an International chat-based customer service process supporting Expedia. The position is focused on handling customer interactions, using internal systems efficiently, and contributing to service quality in a contact centre setting.

Role Details

The position is titled Customer Service Associate and involves direct communication with customers, clients, and vendors while following company and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Use multiple computer screens and system tools effectively to support daily work.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors, and raise any issues to the right supervisory team when needed.
• Take part in scheduled training sessions to keep improving customer satisfaction, client handling, and job performance.
• Follow company policies as well as all process-specific contact centre procedures.
• Handle any additional work assigned by management.

Experience and Skills Needed

Candidates should have at least 6 months of BPO or travel industry experience. Strong written and spoken communication is required, along with business and technical writing ability. Applicants should also be comfortable using computer applications and working in a contact centre environment.

Work Schedule

This is a 24/7 rotational shift role and includes night shifts.

Compensation

The salary range is INR 21,000 to 29,000 per month.
