Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor based in Bangalore, Karnataka, to oversee the execution of interior design plans. This role focuses on bridging design concepts with on-site implementation, managing project schedules and communications, and ensuring high-quality commercial interior outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and direct space and design planning efforts for effective application of interior design strategies.
• Coordinate designers’ calendars, organize meetings with relevant stakeholders, and maintain materials samples and libraries.
• Carry out regular on-site inspections to verify that design standards and project timelines are adhered to.
• Oversee project scheduling, gather relevant performance metrics, handle logistics including shipping and inventory, and manage accounting aspects for assigned projects.
• Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to communicate project objectives, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial interior projects is mandatory.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range from 35000 to 45000 INR per month.
