Job Overview

We seek driven and customer-oriented LIC Advisors to guide clients in selecting appropriate life insurance products. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, explaining insurance benefits, and nurturing lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new clientele and leads via referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Clarify LIC policy details, including benefits, premiums, and conditions to prospective customers.
• Assess financial requirements of clients and propose fitting life insurance schemes.
• Support customers with necessary documentation and application procedures.
• Build and sustain solid relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Follow up on potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed policy sales.
• Meet or exceed prescribed sales and business objectives.
• Deliver post-sale assistance, addressing customer questions and concerns.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must have completed at least 10th or 12th standard; graduates are favored.
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in sales, field sales, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Comfortable with direct customer interactions.
