Job description
About the Role
This role involves supporting the development and coordination of internal functional training programs within a software product-based company specializing in ERP solutions. The position centers around instructional design, managing learning projects, and administering basic LMS functions to facilitate effective employee learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop various training resources such as job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, presentations, and knowledge checks.
- Assist in project management by monitoring timelines, deliverables, review processes, and readiness for training launches.
- Work closely with SMEs to gather content, define learning objectives, and ensure the accuracy and clarity of training materials.
- Manage LMS tasks including publishing courses, setting up learner enrollments, testing courses, and tracking completion status.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on learning content to maintain clarity, consistency, and enhance the learner experience.
- Gather feedback from learners and support reporting activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organize learning materials, maintain documentation, and standardize templates for training assets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, HR, Communications, Business, Psychology or equivalent fields.
- Demonstrated interest in instructional design, learning technology, corporate training, or talent development.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
- Aptitude for quickly adapting to new software platforms and learning tools.
- Experience or familiarity with PowerPoint, Articulate, Camtasia, Docebo, or comparable instructional design tools is advantageous.
- Preferred background includes creating presentations, training materials, digital content, or relevant project portfolios. Prior LMS or e-learning exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
