The solution currently supports businesses throughout India to enhance engagement and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated from Facebook and Instagram advertising, within 30 minutes.
• Daily outreach to prospects through personalized WhatsApp messages and phone calls.
• Schedule demonstration calls and conduct 15-minute presentations of the product.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert free trial users into paying clients.
• Assist in onboarding new customers once payments are confirmed and coordinate handover to product support teams.
• Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system updated daily and provide daily performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, customer support, or a related field.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
• Comfortable making 20 to 30 outbound calls or WhatsApp messages each day.
• Proficient in quickly establishing rapport with customers via phone or chat.
• Basic technical proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
• A strong willingness to learn about business processes and product knowledge.

Compensation and Work Details

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000.
• Complete training will be provided on the product and industry specifics.
• Opportunity for growth as an initial member of a growing team.
• This is an onsite position based in Ahmedabad; remote work is not available.
