Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be instrumental in managing IndiaMART enquiries, fostering new business leads, converting prospects into customers, and meeting sales goals nationwide. This role demands excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to inbound inquiries from IndiaMART and other online channels promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  • Compile and submit sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
  • 4 to 9 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, IndiaMART Sales, or B2B Sales; however, freshers exhibiting strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
