ID Checker

Overview

The ID Checker plays a vital role in supporting bartenders, servers, assistant managers, and the entire team by ensuring compliance with Florida State laws regarding identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant premises to verify IDs and maintain compliance.
• Provide assistance to management as necessary to uphold standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to see clearly, speak articulately, listen attentively, and be proficient in reading and writing English.
• Physical capability to stand and move briskly for up to four hours continuously.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and frequently lift items up to fifty pounds.
• Dexterity to reach, grasp, and handle tools and equipment effectively.
• Possession of a valid Florida State Class "D" driver's license is mandatory.
• Must be aged 21 or older to enroll in the 401K plan.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Work schedule consists of five days each week.
• Vacation entitlement: one week after first year, two weeks after second year, and three weeks after ten years of service.
• Health insurance options including medical and dental coverage are available.
• Immediate eligibility for the 401K retirement plan.
