Position Overview

We are seeking an IAM Analyst responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of digital identities and related access privileges, ensuring strict adherence to security policies and compliance standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer digital identities and manage access rights throughout enterprise platforms.
  • Facilitate provisioning, changes, and revocation of user access in compliance with policy, regulatory standards, and service-level agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to clarify and resolve IAM-related requirements and issues.
  • Offer expert guidance about IAM systems to business users and stakeholders.
  • Provide prompt support for IAM queries and access difficulties encountered by end users.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in identity and access management or access rights administration.
  • At least one year of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory environments and compliance mandates relevant to access management.
  • Practical experience with Active Directory and Lotus Notes; familiarity with other IAM tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of identity governance, workflow provisioning, and access control frameworks.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in demanding situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with responsibility and accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
