Role Overview
The Human Resources Generalist will manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, staff onboarding, employee departures, payroll support, benefits management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also demands building effective partnerships with managers to address their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Design and execute new hire orientation and onboarding programs as well as coordinate employee exit procedures.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
