About the Role

Our client is a top-tier construction and infrastructure company operating extensively throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe. With ongoing business growth, they require a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee core HR delivery and spearhead workforce initiatives across their multi-regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct report to the Chief People Officer (CPO).
  • Manage HR services and delivery across Ireland, the UK, and Europe from a Dublin base.
  • Lead a team of three HR professionals.

  • Extensive experience in core HR disciplines such as employee relations, performance management, talent and succession planning, rewards, HR operations, and HRIS.
  • Proven leadership managing HR teams across multiple locations or divisions.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation with demonstrated ability to improve HR processes.
  • Preferably experienced in construction, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other project-driven sectors.
  • Familiarity with European employment laws and HRIS implementation is advantageous.
