- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

Role overview
Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and turn operational priorities into people strategies that support performance and growth.
What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and shape HR plans and initiatives that match them.
- Advise on organisation structure, manpower planning, and change-related efforts.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for both employees and managers, helping to strengthen workplace relationships.
- Coach managers on handling performance matters and building development plans.
- Use HR data and reporting to generate insights that support decisions.
- Handle recruitment work to bring in talent that fits the organisation’s values while supporting headcount and workforce planning.
- Maintain and administer the HRM system, including employee data upkeep and analysis.
- Carry out other HR duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Professional HR certification such as IHRP or CIPD is considered an added advantage.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to connect HR actions with business results.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR good practices.
- Strong Chinese communication skills in both speaking and writing, to work effectively with Head Office colleagues.
Additional information
This is a full-time onsite role in Singapore. The position is focused on strategic HR support, employee relations, recruitment coordination, HR systems administration, and people analytics.
