About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Human Resources Assistant to join us and help maintain the efficient operation of our HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to provide extensive administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, record keeping, compliance, and internal communications. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to supporting employees while ensuring confidential and accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding papers, maintaining recruitment and applicant tracking records.
- Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees, manage employee files, and ensure completion of necessary documents.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR, maintaining current and accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Maintain compliance by keeping employee records updated according to company policies and legal standards, monitoring HR procedures, and supporting preparation of reports and documentation.
- Help administer employee policies, handbooks, and workplace practices.
- Support employee engagement efforts, training sessions, company events, performance reviews, and internal HR communications to foster positive working relationships.
- Manage HR correspondence, calendars, meetings, prepare presentations and reports, maintain confidential personnel files, and provide administrative assistance to HR leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or higher education such as Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially with great accuracy.
- Professional demeanor that is approachable and team-focused.
