Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead recruitment, retention, and training efforts focused on hiring top-quality Caregivers. This role demands expertise in high-volume recruiting using digital platforms and strong skills in interviewing and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring activities to attract exceptional Caregivers.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Recruit candidates effectively through digital channels and direct outreach to social media and educational partners.
• Develop and oversee onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing Caregivers.
• Manage onboarding using a fully digital Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Implement HR strategies aimed at improving caregiver recruitment, retention, and workplace morale.
• Provide administrative support and assist with various back office duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of direct HR experience, preferably with high-volume recruiting.
• Possession of an Associate degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A collaborative team player willing to undertake diverse responsibilities.
• Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between $60,000 and $68,000.
• Paid Time Off and Sick Leave.
