Hub Manager

About the Role

This position is responsible for running a hub from end to end, with complete ownership of operating results, team well-being, and the service experience delivered to customers. It is a high-responsibility role at the center of a quick-commerce operation.

Hub Operations & Fulfillment

• Oversee everyday hub activities, including inbound movement, storage, professional handling, and rider coordination.
• Track order completion and ensure fill rates stay within the required SLA timelines.

People & Performance

• Manage, organize schedules for, and support a team made up of professionals, riders, and store associates.
• Take ownership of attendance tracking, roster creation, and surge staffing planning together with HR.
• Lead daily team check-ins, performance discussions, and on-the-spot coaching.
• Encourage a workplace culture focused on ownership, pace, and ongoing improvement.

Inventory & P&L

• Look after hub-level inventory quality, including stock accuracy, wastage percentage, and removal of dead stock.

Safety & Compliance

• Make sure all safety and compliance protocols are followed without exception.
• Keep the workplace safe for everyone working in the hub.
