  • Overall HSE experience of 5–7 years in EPC projects and major industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, and similar process industries.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience conducting HSE audits, compliance assessments, and management system audits.
  • Proven background in auditing Integrated Management Systems against ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and client-specific HSE requirements.
  • Solid understanding of HSE management systems and auditing practices.
  • Training in Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation.
  • Competence in risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis.
  • Strong report-writing, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle several audit assignments at once.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and international HSE best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
