Job description
Role Overview
We are in search of a hands-on HR technology professional to oversee, configure, and continuously enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources system and associated HR platforms. This position requires daily operational involvement, including system administration, configuration, reporting, and support. The role also involves collaboration with IT teams and external vendors to implement improvements and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Dynamics 365 HR platform on a daily basis, including system configuration.
- Execute HR technology enhancements and integrations directly within the system environment.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to develop and deploy effective solutions.
- Create and manage people analytics, workforce reports, and dashboards to provide insight.
- Administer modules such as Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management.
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Coordinate activities of key users and third-party providers, serving as the principal contact for the platform.
- Generate reports and analytical insights to assist management with strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 HR modules including Core HR, Leave and Absence, Compensation, and Talent.
- Successful involvement in at least one complete HR system implementation lifecycle from design through deployment and support.
- Strong practical capabilities in people analytics and HR reporting, with a track record of building dashboards and meaningful reports.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions such as payroll, performance management, job architecture, grading, compensation, and benefits.
- Minimum of five years working in an HRIS or HR systems specialist capacity.
- Experience managing at least one Learning Management System and one Applicant Tracking System.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working alongside System Integrators and Application Management Services within a diverse vendor environment.
- Background in regulated industries within the GCC region, preferably Qatar, such as government or financial services sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing vendor relationships.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Human Resources or Finance and Operations functions.
- Professional HR credentials (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) or HRIS certifications (such as IHRIM PHRIM).
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI.
