Job Overview

Propel Hr Management Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter based in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. This role involves managing comprehensive recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions, with a particular focus on bulk hiring and handling multiple openings at the same time. Candidates with prior consultancy recruitment background are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT job roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates utilizing various job portals.
• Organize and coordinate interview schedules ensuring prompt process completion.
• Oversee bulk recruitment needs and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and prepare recruitment tracking reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of solid recruitment experience, mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in bulk hiring across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Experience working within recruitment consultancies is favorable.
• Familiarity with domestic circuit hiring is an advantage.
• Proficient in utilizing sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and Job Hai.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Available to join within 10 to 15 days; immediate joiners preferred.

Additional Details

• Work Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (office-based).
• Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with Sunday fixed off.
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (day shift).
• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (in-hand).
• Interview Method: Face-to-face interaction.
