About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Organize and facilitate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and continuously build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

• Location: Chandigarh, India (Onsite position)
• Offered monthly remuneration ranges between 16000 and 21000 INR.
