Work Location

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR generalist or business partner

  • Experience managing challenging employee relations matters
  • Competence in overseeing performance cycles, talent reviews, and retention tactics
  • Familiarity with employment laws governing Australia and New Zealand, notably the Fair Work Act

Preferred Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or related fields
  • Previous exposure as an HR Business Partner in a technology-driven or metrics-focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data for personnel decisions
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-evolving and uncertain context
