About the Role

Abhinandan Creation invites applications for the role of HR Intern within their Human Resources department, located at Ashmita Textile Park, Kongoan, Kalyan West, Mumbai. This internship spans 3 to 6 months and involves working closely under the supervision of the HR Manager or HR Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates by leveraging job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Screen and shortlist applicants according to job specifications.
• Manage scheduling of interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain organized candidate databases and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Support the onboarding process by collecting and validating necessary joining documentation.
