Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated HR Executive to oversee payroll processing, statutory compliances like PF & ESI, employee records management, and HR operations. This role demands an individual with practical expertise in payroll and attendance management, employee documentation, and daily HR coordination. Confidentiality, organization, and professionalism in handling employee data are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer monthly payroll activities, ensuring accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and salary databases with precision.
- Manage employee registration and contributions related to Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
- Assist employees in UAN activation, PF transfers, withdrawals, and resolve ESI inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations by maintaining necessary documentation and staying informed about legal updates.
- Coordinate and maintain comprehensive HR records including offer letters, appointment confirmations, experience certificates, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Support general HR operations like leave and attendance tracking and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic familiarity with payroll procedures, PF & ESI management, and attendance tracking.
- Competent in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Preference for candidates residing nearby.
- Experience range: 0 to 2 years in HR, payroll, or related fields; freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
